The aparthotel offers guests peace and quiet as well as easy access
to a kilometre-long sandy beach through the hotel´s own gardens.
The centre of Alcudia, which is only 3 kilometres away, offers plenty
of shopping and entertainment venues and may be reached on foot or
with the local bus service. The nearest bus stop is located directly
in front of the hotel. Worthwhile excursions include a harbour, which
is only 4 km from the hotel.

hotel have 50 apartments and 210 studios. All the apartments
and studios have an en suite shower/bath/WC, a telephone, satellite/
cable TV (Bookable at reception), a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge,
air conditioning, central heating, a safe and a balcony or a terrace.
All studios have sofa-beds. The facilities include a large, peaceful
garden and pool area (2500 m²), a stylish lobby with lifts, a
currency exchange and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it offers a
TV room, a café, a pharmacy, a cosy bar and a restaurant.
Business guests may make use of the conference facilities and the
public Internet access. The grounds include a pool in the garden with
