The holiday complex draws in guests with its wonderful location
directly beside the sea and offers stunning panoramic views over the
bay of Palma. The beach is only steps away, reached through an
adjoining park area. The inviting complex is located just 6 km from
Palma, which offers numerous shopping and entertainment venues.
Public transport departs from a stop approximately 150 m from the
apartment complex.
Hotel:
The Hotel offers a total of 69 rooms. Guests are offered a number of
facilities including a reception with public Internet access, a
supermarket, a lounge with a TV and a restaurant and parking. The
rooms come equipped with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct
dial telephone, a safe, individually regulated central heating, air
conditioning and satellite/ cable TV. In the garden area, the hotel
has a swimming pool with an integrated children´s area and pool
bar as well as a sun terrace with an idyllic view over the sea.
Guests may use the sun loungers and parasols by the pool at no
additional cost. On cooler days of the year, the complex has an
