Booking
information:
We
inform you without compromise about our offers, prices and
availabilities. Please fill the form Reservation request with your
holiday idea and send it simply to us. We handle your request in 24 hours. |

How
do I make a booking?
Bookings
are only accepted 3 or more days in advance. After confirming that
your request is available, we send you a booking confirmation with 2
payment parts (deposit and second payment). The deposit of a 20% has
to be paid immediately, the second payment 14 days before arrival.
Last minute reservations are payable at time of booking.
SPECIAL
OFFERS: In case of special offers, specific payment conditions will
be notified. |

What's
included in your booking
The
basic accommodation cost includes the following:
Accommodation,
meals and any other services as stated on your accommodation booking voucher. |

What's
not included in your booking
The
basic accommodation cost does not include:
-Additional
charges for rooms or meals that are not stated to be included in
your booking
-Charges
that accommodation establishments or apartments may make for
facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sun beds, sauna,
tennis courts and equipment, etc
COTS
– please advise us at the time of booking if you require a cot.
This request may only be available at an additional cost unless
otherwise expressly stated in the description of the accommodation
provider and if any additional cost is applicable this should be paid
by you direct to the accommodation provider. |

How
do I get my voucher?
Once
we have received the payments we will send you by email the voucher. |
|
How
can I pay?
The
simplest way is to charge your credit card. Once you have received
our booking confirmation, you can send your credit card details by
fax, post or through our secure web server. You can also make a bank transfer.
For
all late bookings, credit card is the only acceptable form of payment. |

If
I have to cancel?
FREE
cancellation! The cancellation policy may vary per room type or
property. As a general rule up to 8 days prior to arrival the booking
will not have cancellation fees and refund the amount paid. If you
cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival a 20 % cancellation fee
(minimum 2 night stay) will be charged. The cancellation fees are
calculated from the total cost of the booking. We refund the
difference over payments received. In case of cancellation between 0
and 2 days before arrival or non-arrival 100% of booking costs could
be charged. All cancellations must be notified to MallorcaOk in
writing by e-mail or fax during normal business hours. We regret we
cannot make any refund if cancellation is not notified to us.
IMPORTANT:
The cancellation fees are always listed on the booking confirmation.
EXCEPTIONS:
For special offers or some hotels and apartments can vary the
cancellation conditions. In these cases you will find the specific
conditions of cancellation in the booking confirmation. |

Changes:
Any
changes to bookings a free of charge. In certain cases the bookings
cannot be changed and must be cancelled and a new booking made. |
|
Responsability:
MallorcaOk
acts as intermediary between hotels, apartments, car hire companies,
etc. and their clients. Therefore can not be held responsible for
losses, accidents, physical damage and other incidents. |

Complaints:
Complaints
must be presented during your stay . These will only be accepted if
the Spanish Tourist Authorities are in agreement with them. |
